Liability and Disclaimer Policy

1. Role of the platform

The TG Shop Constructor platform is a technical tool for building stores and storefronts. The operator is not a party to, participant in, or guarantor of transactions between Sellers and Buyers and does not sell the goods listed on storefronts.

2. Seller responsibility

The Seller bears full responsibility for goods, descriptions, prices, availability, completeness and delivery times, as well as for paying taxes and complying with the law. Transaction claims must be addressed to the corresponding store's Seller.

3. Payments

3.1. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and subject to exchange rate volatility; network confirmation may take time.

3.2. Currency conversion uses an exchange rate with a Platform or store markup; the final amount in the payment currency is shown to the buyer before the payment is made.

4. Service availability

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates or force majeure. The operator notifies about significant works whenever possible.

5. AI content

AI agent replies are advisory and informational; they are not a public offer or legally significant advice and may contain inaccuracies.

6. Limitation of damages

The operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss not caused by its fault, including third-party actions and consequences of unlawful use of the Platform.

Nothing in this Policy limits the mandatory rights of consumers established by the applicable law of their country of residence; where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, such limitations do not apply.
